This call allows us to get a feel for each other and determine if we are a good fit. There is no obligation to continue if you feel I may not be the right person to support you on your journey. 🤍 What if I can't make my session, is there a cancellation policy? I kindly request that sessions be paid for 48 hours in advance, and a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please inform me as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable time that accommodates your schedule. Your commitment to the therapeutic process is valued, and I appreciate your cooperation in honouring our cancellation policy.

🤍 Will my sessions be confidential? Your sessions are completely confidential. Your life, your story, and your session are held in utmost privacy and trust. As your psychotherapist, I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any information shared during our sessions. However, it is important to prioritise your safety. In the rare instance where I believe there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others, I may need to seek additional support. Additionally, as part of my professional practice, I attend supervision to further enhance my skills and knowledge. Please be assured that during supervision, no personal details that could identify you are shared. Your well-being and privacy are paramount in our therapeutic journey together.
